Behind every notarization is a moment that matters, a hospital decision, a home closing, an estate plan. Manuela built her mobile notary business so paperwork never stands between clients and what needs to get done.

About Manuela Andrade
Originally from Durango, Mexico and now based in Illinois, Manuela Andrade spent years working in healthcare and medical records before becoming a commissioned Illinois Notary Public. That background shaped everything about how she approaches her work.
In medical records, a single misfiled document or missed signature can have serious consequences. Manuela carried that same standard of accuracy and confidentiality directly into mobile notary work throughout Chicago.
She launched Andrade Chicago Notary after recognizing that too many people, especially in hospitals and assisted living facilities, struggled to access reliable notary services when they needed them most.
Many of Manuela’s clients are Spanish-speaking families navigating estate planning, healthcare paperwork, or real estate closings for the first time. She provides clear communication in both English and Spanish so clients feel comfortable and understood during important decisions.
Many clients simply do not have time to stop their workday, leave a hospital, coordinate transportation, or sit in traffic just to find a notary. Mobile notarization allows Manuela to travel directly to the location that works best for you throughout Chicago.
Mobile vs Remote Notary
Some documents require an in-person mobile notary, while others may qualify for remote online notarization. The right option depends on your document type, location, and Illinois requirements. Manuela helps clients understand the difference before booking.
A mobile notary travels to your location in person to witness signatures and complete the notarization physically.
Remote online notarization is completed through a secure online video platform when documents legally qualify.
